Shoot Scheduling Policies
Cancellation policies
Cancellations are allowed up to 72 hours (3 days) of the scheduled shoot. If you need to cancel anytime before this window, there are no fees accrued and the deposit will be reimbursed. If cancellation is needed after the 72-hour window, the deposit, which is half of the shoot price, will not be reimbursed. If there is a no-call/no-show, the full price of the shoot will be charged.
Payment policies
Zelle, Venmo, and Cash are the accepted forms of payment. During consultation, an agreed price will be determined for the shoot, and a contract will be sent via DocuSign. This contract, discussing the details of the shoot, and the agreed price and deposit, will be included in the document. This contract will also list the possible forms of payment and the amount due. The photo shoot is not booked until the contract is signed, and the deposit is sent.
